You'll be the trusted partner for Airtable's most important customers, guiding them from onboarding through renewal. You'll combine strategic advising with hands-on engagement to help customers unlock measurable business value. This role offers the opportunity to work with Fortune 100 clients on transformative no-code solutions.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and nurture trusted customer relationships for retention and renewals.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal stages.
  • Conduct product sessions and roadmap reviews to drive feature adoption.
  • Perform Business Value Assessments to quantify Airtable's impact.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Master's degree plus 2 years experience or Bachelor's plus 5 years.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Experience with Strategic Partnership and Cross-functional team leadership.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS sales.
