- Develop and nurture trusted customer relationships for retention and renewals.
- Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal stages.
- Conduct product sessions and roadmap reviews to drive feature adoption.
- Perform Business Value Assessments to quantify Airtable's impact.
๐ Requirements
- Master's degree plus 2 years experience or Bachelor's plus 5 years.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Experience with Strategic Partnership and Cross-functional team leadership.
- Experience with B2B SaaS sales.
