Description

You will build relationships with clinical partners in your local community, provide resources to people struggling with mental health, and drive market penetration for Charlie Health's virtual behavioral health treatment. You'll work in the field 4-5 days/week, lead meetings, and cement community partnerships.

Requirements

• Based in Addison / Carrollton, TX area
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Lead field meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across different channels
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events
