🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of senior TPMs and ICs on cross-org programs
• Set strategy and vision for Pinner Journeys Belonging
• Drive resource planning aligned with business objectives
• Lead UX Quality agenda across Core journeys

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of technical program management experience
• 2-5+ years of management experience
• BS in Engineering or CS or equivalent experience
• Expertise in A/B testing and experimentation platforms
