You'll lead North American new-logo ARR and scale a world-class enterprise sales team at a Series-C funded data observability leader. Your core impact is driving revenue growth through MEDDPICC rigor, talent development, and cross-functional partnership.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of enterprise AEs, scaling from 4 to 8-10+
  • Build MEDDPICC-driven inspection cadence: deal reviews, pipeline scrubs, forecast calls
  • Own North American new-logo ARR and team attainment against targets
  • Engage directly on strategic opportunities: multi-threaded enterprise procurement, C-suite negotiation

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years as first-line sales leader managing enterprise AE teams at SLG startups (Series B-D)
  • 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales prior to leadership
  • Deep domain expertise in data management ecosystem: Data Quality, Governance, Observability, etc.
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles ($500k-$7M ACV, 6-12+ months)

  • Experience with Challenger/JOLT sales methodology
  • Fluency in modern data stack: Open Source/Hadoop, cloud, Containers/K8s, ETL, databases
