💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's Fleet Maintenance team ensuring Class 8 trucks and trailers are safe and reliable. You'll perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and repairs to minimize downtime and keep our fleet DOT compliant. No major overhauls or roadside calls—most work is under warranty.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and component replacements on Class 8 fleet.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical, engine, and transmission issues.
• Address aftertreatment systems (DEF/emissions), perform regens, and change filters.
• Collaborate with team to maintain accurate records and optimize vehicle performance.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Heavy-Duty Class 8 trucks and trailers.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for diesel engines and vehicle systems.
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and using a laptop for manuals.
• Must obtain two ASE certifications within 6 months of employment.
