Requirements

  • 3+ years of compensation and benefits experience in a global company
  • Strong experience advising managers and working with senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on, independent, and proactive approach
  • Experience building or improving compensation processes
  • Advanced Excel and HR systems experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead global compensation processes (salary reviews, equity, benchmarking) end-to-end
  • Partner with managers and senior leadership, providing strategic compensation guidance
  • Manage salary ranges, compensation data, and survey submissions
  • Conduct market analysis and deliver data-driven insights
  • Drive and support Total Rewards and HR projects
