Requirements
- 3+ years of compensation and benefits experience in a global company
- Strong experience advising managers and working with senior stakeholders
- Hands-on, independent, and proactive approach
- Experience building or improving compensation processes
- Advanced Excel and HR systems experience
Responsibilities
- Lead global compensation processes (salary reviews, equity, benchmarking) end-to-end
- Partner with managers and senior leadership, providing strategic compensation guidance
- Manage salary ranges, compensation data, and survey submissions
- Conduct market analysis and deliver data-driven insights
- Drive and support Total Rewards and HR projects
