💼 About This Role

You'll support mixed-age Montessori classrooms for children ages 0–6, stepping in when full-time teachers are out. Your core impact is maintaining a calm, engaging environment and helping with daily routines. This on-call role offers flexible hours and potential to transition into a full-time Assistant Teacher position.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Step into classrooms as needed to support children and maintain consistency
• Assist with daily routines and classroom activities across mixed-age groups
• Help create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care

📋 Requirements

• Negative TB test within the last 12 months
• Valid state background check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for working with young children
