You'll own post-sales customer relationships for strategic accounts, driving net retention and value realization. Your core impact is ensuring customers succeed with Gruntwork's DevOps platform and influencing the product roadmap. This role offers autonomy to shape customer success at a bootstrapped, profitable company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage the full customer lifecycle for strategic accounts
  • Own renewals and drive net retention
  • Build trusted relationships with CTOs and engineering leaders
  • Lead executive business reviews (EBRs/QBRs/CABs)
  • Monitor customer health and develop risk mitigation plans

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Proven track record managing enterprise-level accounts in SaaS or infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and IaC tools like Terraform
