💼 About This Role

You'll lead underwriting and financial modeling for a vertically integrated Canadian real estate developer focused on affordable rental communities. You will own deal execution from sourcing through closing, presenting to the Investment Committee and partnering with senior leadership on capital formation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead financial modeling for acquisitions, development, and value-add multifamily.
• Manage deal pipeline and conduct preliminary investment screens.
• Lead third-party due diligence and project reporting workstreams.
• Author Investment Committee memos and present transactions.

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years in real estate private equity, development, or investment banking.
• Development underwriting and modeling experience required.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• MBA from a recognized program.

✨ Nice to Have

• Multifamily experience strongly preferred.
• CTD/CTC reforecasting and development cost tracking experience.
• CAIA and/or CFA designation preferred.
