You will shape the financial future of a rapidly scaling AI enterprise and lead the company through its next phase of explosive growth and major milestones, including future fundraising and a potential IPO.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience
• History of driving financial strategies for growth-stage B2B SaaS companies
• Experience managing hyper-growth from tens of millions to hundreds of millions in revenue
• Successful outcomes in multiple institutional fundraising rounds (Series B-E) and IPO preparations
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic financial planning, annual budget, and quarterly forecasting including SaaS metrics
• Execute institutional fundraising and manage investor relations
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance ensuring scalability
• Provide financial reporting and analysis to CEO, Board, and executive team
• Optimize business performance and drive operational efficiencies
