💼 About This Role

You'll join the Advance team as a full stack engineer building features that optimize risk policies and provide insights for over 800 financial institutions. Your work will directly improve the Alloy platform's usability and case management system.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and PMs to translate vision into roadmap.
• Architect and deploy customer-facing features across the full stack.
• Provide technical mentorship and foster a culture of learning.
• Iterate quickly on features based on feedback from product and clients.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in production software development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6/React), HTML/CSS.
• Server-side experience with Python (Django).
• Practical experience with PostgreSQL and relational databases.
