Description

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to a pediatric client with a tracheostomy and ventilator in their home. You'll execute doctors' orders, monitor conditions, and document care while building meaningful relationships with the client and family.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state
• Experience with trach/vent client preferred

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home per shift
• Follow and document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Provide tracheostomy and ventilator care
