You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, supporting integrations and troubleshooting. You'll collaborate with engineering, sales, and product teams to shape scalable customer success operations and contribute to product improvements.   • Act as primary technical contact for enterprise customers.
  • Lead technical onboarding and integration processes.
  • Collaborate with sales on pre-sales and deal closures.
  • Monitor account health and improve retention.
  • Troubleshoot API, integration, and infrastructure issues.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Technical Customer Success or similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong troubleshooting with coding ability in Python or JavaScript.
  • Understanding of web technologies and networking including HTTP, DNS, TLS, APIs.
  • Experience building technical automations or scripts for operational efficiency.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with scraping technologies, anti-bot systems, or headless browsers.
  • Familiarity with customer success tools like Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, Notion.
