You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, supporting integrations and troubleshooting. You'll collaborate with engineering, sales, and product teams to shape scalable customer success operations and contribute to product improvements. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Act as primary technical contact for enterprise customers.
- Lead technical onboarding and integration processes.
- Collaborate with sales on pre-sales and deal closures.
- Monitor account health and improve retention.
- Troubleshoot API, integration, and infrastructure issues.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in Technical Customer Success or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Strong troubleshooting with coding ability in Python or JavaScript.
- Understanding of web technologies and networking including HTTP, DNS, TLS, APIs.
- Experience building technical automations or scripts for operational efficiency.

- Experience with scraping technologies, anti-bot systems, or headless browsers.
- Familiarity with customer success tools like Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, Notion.
