🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain weekly metrics reports from multiple source tools and teams
• Monitor R&D cloud spend and produce weekly health reports
• Manage JIRA escalations from Support, Sales, and Services teams
• Coordinate procurement activities across legal, security, and R&D teams

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in operations or project coordination
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functionally across engineering and vendor teams
• Experience with vendor management and procurement processes
• Proficiency in JIRA for ticket tracking and project coordination
