• Greet patients and handle walk-in medical record requests
• Answer phone inquiries from patients and providers
• Process and track Release of Information (ROI) requests accurately
• Burn medical images to CDs and manage electronic sharing

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer service experience in a front desk environment
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities
