You'll partner with leaders to scale Commure's Go-to-Market, G&A, and Operations teams through metrics-driven recruiting strategies, designing interview plans and sourcing top talent. You'll manage full-cycle hiring across multiple requisitions, focusing on building diverse pipelines and delivering a world-class candidate experience.

• Activate and engage passive talent through creative sourcing
• Use data to set benchmarks and targeted recruiting strategies
• Design interview plans that capture signals to hire top talent
• Manage multiple requisitions to sustain long-term hiring goals

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience designing and implementing scalable recruiting processes
• Success in scaling a high-growth Tech company
• Strong stakeholder management and independent work ability

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting within the software industry
• Familiarity with Ashby or similar ATS
