💼 About This Role
You'll join the Performance Customer Support team at Teamworks, helping elite sports organizations use our AMS, Nutrition, and Strength & Conditioning products. You'll own support tickets end-to-end, configure products, analyze performance data, and collaborate with Product Success and Customer Success teams. This role offers real autonomy and the chance to work with top European football and rugby clubs in a fast-growing sports tech company.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own a queue of support tickets across AMS, Nutrition, and Strength & Conditioning
- Build and configure Teamworks Performance products for customers
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and troubleshoot anomalies
- Partner with Product Success Managers in a 60/40 split between support and PS work
📋 Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and using AMS in a professional or collegiate performance environment
- Background in sports performance (sports science, strength & conditioning, nutrition, athletic training)
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems independently and with urgency
- Data literacy to interpret performance data and draw actionable insights
✨ Nice to Have
- Sporting background within European professional or academy environments
- Spanish, German, Dutch, or Portuguese language skills
- Experience with data analysis tools (R, Python, Tableau)
