Description

You'll join a dedicated clinical team to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for women navigating menopause and midlife health transitions through a virtual-first care model. You'll have purposeful visits designed for listening and personalizing treatment, supported by collaborative technology and clinical operations.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state (multiple licenses preferred)
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology within the last 5 years
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and communication tools

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care for women in perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions
• Conduct quality telehealth visits with time to listen, educate, and personalize care
• Follow expert-developed clinical pathways including hormonal therapy, lifestyle coaching, and medication when appropriate
• Coordinate labs, prescriptions, supplements, and referrals through the platform
• Collaborate with a supportive team of clinicians and care coordinators
