You'll be a trusted advisor and technical resource for customers in the EMEA region, troubleshooting complex issues on an AI-powered observability platform. Your work will directly impact customer success and help shape the evolution of Snowflake's support processes. This role offers the chance to collaborate with product and engineering teams while mentoring junior engineers.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Deliver expert-level technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot complex issues involving the observability platform
- Own and manage high-priority escalations with engineering
- Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in technical support or customer-facing engineering
- Deep familiarity with Linux/Unix/macOS/Windows and networking
- Proficient in Python or Bash scripting
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger
- Proficiency with OpenTelemetry configuration
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes clusters
