Description

You will join the Archer Defense and Advanced Programs organization to lead, incubate, market, capture, and execute advanced programs applied to the Archer Defense portfolio. This role involves technical, cost, and schedule responsibilities across engineering, manufacturing, and business disciplines.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in aerospace or related field
• BS in engineering, computer science, physics, or math (MS or PhD preferred)
• Experience with design, analysis, fabrication, and test of survivability technologies
• Knowledge of RF, EW/EA, EOIR, acoustic, mission systems, sensors, communications, dynamic and propulsion systems
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute advanced programs within Archer Defense portfolio
• Manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of programs
• Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and business disciplines
• Incorporate and advance survivability technologies (RCS, IR, Acoustics)
• Perform operations analysis using AFSIM and other simulation environments
