💼 About This Role

You'll provide pastoral care to residents in health center and assisted living, supporting their spiritual and emotional needs. You'll also assist with worship services and act as backup for the Manager of Spiritual Care Services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct pastoral visits to new and existing residents in care settings.
• Provide spiritual programming such as bible studies and devotions.
• Assist residents in connecting with their faith community and clergy.
• Participate in care plans and communicate spiritual needs to the team.

📋 Requirements

• Master of Divinity or equivalent from an accredited seminary.
• Ordination and good standing with respective denomination.
• Ability to administer Holy Communion and prepare liturgies.
• Minimum five years in a pastoral setting with long-term care, acute care, or hospice experience.
