💼 About This Role

You'll lead and grow a team of up to 7 Enterprise Account Executives at Multiverse, driving sales of our AI and tech upskilling platform. Your core impact will be executing the GTM playbook and fostering a culture of excellence. This is a rare external hire for a key leadership role in our UK team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop a team of up to 7 Enterprise AEs
  • Join customer meetings and run deal reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for client solutions
  • Drive performance culture through training and QBRs

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of enterprise B2B sales IC experience
  • 2+ years managing a team of high-performing reps
  • Proven track record as a top performer
  • Data-driven with ability to identify opportunities and risks

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in edtech or SaaS sales
  • Familiarity with social mobility mission
  • Background in consultative selling
