You'll join a collaborative trading team to build and deploy systematic trading strategies using Tower's in-house platform. Your core impact involves using statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover market patterns and drive predictive modeling from idea to production. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze large datasets to form and test hypotheses on market behavior.
• Research and build statistical models of financial instruments' valuation.
• Formalize and implement trading strategies via optimization problems.
• Build robust quantitative research methods and platforms across the pipeline.

📋 Requirements

• PhD or research-oriented masters in quantitative field (math, ML, CS, physics).
• Strong quantitative research experience in systematic trading.
• Effective programming in Python or C++ with scalable software.
• Clear communication at both high level and in details.
