Description

You will lead the Identity Resilience product line, driving strategy, execution, and team growth to safeguard enterprise identity systems. You'll own the roadmap, define success metrics, and partner cross-functionally to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management, 5+ years people leadership, 4+ years at Director level
• Experience in B2B SaaS, Identity or Security space, and enterprise software
• Proven ability to set product vision/strategy and connect outcomes to business results
• Strong quantitative orientation and data storytelling skills
• Technical depth in IAM, PAM, or IGA tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the PM organization, mentoring and growing a high-performing team
• Own roadmap and prioritization, balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform investments
• Define and track key product and business metrics (adoption, engagement, revenue, efficiency)
• Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Strat-Ops, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive strategy
• Deepen AI-led initiatives, advocating for AI-first mindset on roadmap and within the team
