Description
You will drive sales of the UNITY Fetal Risk Screen to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors in the Springfield, MO territory, managing the full sales cycle and building key relationships to expand market adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years outside field sales in healthcare, calling on providers in specified territory
- Demonstrated successful sales track record with strong presentation and listening skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented with ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Knowledge of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics surrounding patient information
Responsibilities
- Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors
- Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
- Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships
- Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization in the geography
- Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences and networking events
