You'll review fraud and dispute cases for a modern credit card platform, working with top brands. Your decisions will directly reduce fraud losses while improving the customer experience. This role offers the chance to grow in a fast-paced fintech startup backed by top VCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review fraud queue cases for first and third party fraud.
• Monitor live transactions for high-risk activity.
• Manage customer dispute claims from start to finish.
• Drive improvement on fraud KPIs and reduce losses.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• 2+ years of experience in fraud investigations (transaction monitoring, application review, disputes, BSA/AML).
• Ability to work independently under service level agreements.
• Strong analytical skills to track and meet KPIs.
