• Manage the global product ship hold process across entities
• Extract and analyze product data from ERP systems
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve product data issues
• Support regulatory and customer service teams for data accuracy

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in scientific or technical discipline
• 6+ years in a data-focused role using SAP
• 3+ years with field actions or product hold processes
• Mastery of SAP and product data structures

• Program management experience in quality function
• Advanced knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO standards
