🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop care plans under PT Case Manager supervision.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, gait training, and manual therapy interventions.
• Document patient care accurately within 24-48 hours.
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and safety techniques.

📋 Requirements

• Current California Physical Therapist License.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid California Driver's License with clean record.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
