💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the marketing engine for a fractional IT team serving venture-backed startups. You'll own demand generation, messaging, and growth analytics from the ground up. This role offers a chance to shape the company's Go-To-Market motion as a founding team member.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and scale referral, outbound, SEO, and experimental demand channels
• Define core narratives, ICPs, and buyer-stage messaging
• Design and manage growth stack (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo) and analytics
• Lead content development across website, case studies, and social media

📋 Requirements

• 6 to 8+ years of B2B marketing experience
• Proven experience as an early-stage or founding marketer
• Experience operating in both PLG and SLG motions
• BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

✨ Nice to Have

• Quantitative focus in degree
• Experience with HubSpot, Clay, Apollo
• Prior experience in IT services or B2B tech
