Description

As a Team Lead in our Market Operations group, you'll run a local Carvana hub, overseeing market launch, operations, logistics, and team engagement. You'll drive daily operations while analyzing business trends to proactively solve challenges, and you'll mentor a team of Customer Advocates through hiring, training, and development.

Responsibilities

• Manage local Carvana hub operations, including market launch, logistics, and consumer branding
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Advocates through hiring, training, and performance feedback
• Generate and monitor reports, presenting insights to upper management
• Assess business trends and proactively create solutions to potential roadblocks
• Jump in alongside Advocates as needed for hands-on tasks like car washing or vehicle delivery
