• Design and deploy AI adoption and change management strategies
• Develop and deliver AI literacy programs tailored to roles
• Define adoption metrics and measure value creation and ROI

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in administration, technology, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in change management or technology adoption
• Proven experience adopting complex technologies in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and delivery models
