You'll lead AI-oriented initiatives across Enterprise Engineering, driving GenAI tooling rollout and security observability foundations. You'll partner with leadership to turn AI ambitions into a measurable roadmap, enhancing delivery efficiency and breaking down silos.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive enterprise AI programs end-to-end, including GenAI tooling and copilots.
• Partner with leadership to sequence and measure AI roadmap.
• Enhance processes for status reporting, task tracking, and requirements.
• Collaborate with other TPMs to ensure consistency across programs.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Working familiarity with GenAI landscape (LLMs, copilots, agents).
• Understanding of enterprise security and observability principles.
• Excellent communication skills with engineering and business stakeholders.

• Experience in the gaming or sports industry.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Background in software development or engineering.
