In this role, you will own end-to-end relationships with partner banks, ensuring their growth and seamless integration into our marketplaces. You'll manage a team split between Berlin and the UK, drive stakeholder management and negotiations, and contribute to strategic initiatives that impact savings products for millions of consumers.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English and German
• 5+ years managing relationships in financial services, banking, or startups
• 2+ years leading teams
• Strategic organization and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools, G-Suite, MS Office

• Lead meetings and negotiations with partners independently
