🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage a squad of creative operators
• Create workflows for production efficiency

• Analyze creative performance using data insights

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
• Fast-paced environment experience (consulting, startup)
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPI, ROAS)
