🎯 What You'll Do

  • Oversee kitchen, facilities, and clinic operations.
  • Supervise and support operational staff including Head Chef and Nurse.
  • Manage camper drop-off and pick-up days.
  • Complete administrative tasks like inventory and scheduling.

📋 Requirements

  • Must be 20+ years old by start of camp.
  • Valid driver's license to qualify for camp vehicles.
  • At least CPR and First Aid Certification at start.
  • Demonstrated expertise in paddling, hiking, climbing, or mountain biking.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Some prior management experience.
  • Wilderness First Aid (WFR/EMT) and CPR certification.
