You'll deliver live training programs for Datadog's global technical teams, bridging enablement operations and program facilitation. Your work directly boosts technical proficiency across Sales Engineers and Support teams. This role sets you up for long-term growth into a training specialist.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end logistics for training programs
• Coordinate with People Ops and IT for system integration
• Co-facilitate training sessions and lead specific modules
• Host recurring enablement calls and technical deep-dive sessions

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in enablement, operations, or customer-facing technical role
• Ability to independently manage multi-step program logistics
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Docebo, Confluence, and Slack
• Interpret program metrics into actionable recommendations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS or fast-moving technology environment
• Familiarity with Datadog platform or comparable observability tools
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira)
