You'll support SPV leads and investors through the deal execution process, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience. You'll manage customer communications, triage requests, and contribute to a fast-paced FinTech environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to venture deal operations and customer relationship building.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own customer communications via email and phone for deal execution.
• Troubleshoot deal issues with Legal, Tax, and Product teams.
• Guide SPV leads and investors through workflows.
• Identify product and process improvements.
• Contribute to team documentation and knowledge-sharing.

📋 Requirements

• 2–3 years experience in customer support or deal operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and process-driven with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in FinTech, venture investing, or alternative investments.
• Familiarity with fund administration or back-office workflows.
