You'll provide technical support and IT troubleshooting for Zipline's Rwanda distribution centers. Your work ensures smooth operations for life-saving drone deliveries. You'll implement global IT standards and resolve issues across multiple sites.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical support via Help Desk ticketing system
• Implement IT policies across distribution centers
• Troubleshoot network performance and liaise with ISPs
• Manage user access with identity management tools

📋 Requirements

• HND or Degree in IT or related field with 3-5 years experience
• Experience with enterprise productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
• Knowledge of networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
• Experience using Jira Help Desk or similar ticketing tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MDM tools like Kandji or Jamf
• Knowledge of Audio Visual equipment troubleshooting
• Familiarity with identity management (Okta, OneLogin)
