You will own and drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across customer acquisition, directly impacting revenue, margin, and long-term value. Partner with executive leadership to shape strategy, improve unit economics, and implement scalable systems.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years in consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy, or business operations
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable financial impact
• Strong P&L fluency and structured problem-solving
• Executive communication skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders
• AI-native mindset with experience using LLMs and automation tools
