You'll drive enterprise adoption of AI-powered workflow automation by designing agentic AI solutions that automate complex customer journeys. You'll work directly with customers to map workflows, identify automation opportunities, and deliver measurable outcomes like cost reduction and conversion uplift.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map end-to-end customer journeys across sales, support, and operations
• Design agentic AI systems including orchestration, APIs, and integrations
• Lead proof-of-concept engagements with clear success metrics
• Engage both business and technical stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years in AI/ML, SaaS, or workflow automation
• Experience working with enterprise customers
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and business processes
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems
