Description

You will own and build key backend services for a petabyte-scale observability platform, design scalable systems for ingesting and querying telemetry data, and collaborate with the open-source community to refine the developer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend development
• Strong TypeScript and Node.js skills (Express, Fastify, or similar)
• Solid understanding of API design, distributed systems, and data modeling
• Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Passion for open source and developer community

Responsibilities

• Own and build key backend services and infrastructure for the observability platform

• Collaborate with open-source contributors and customers to incorporate feedback into backend architecture
