💼 About This Role

You'll guide small to mid-sized customers through their onboarding journey, helping them adopt the Brex platform. You'll develop project management skills and product expertise as you facilitate implementations. It's a hybrid role based in Salt Lake City with three days in-office per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Organize and facilitate customer meetings, tracking agendas and action items.
• Support customers in configuring Brex to meet their business needs.
• Manage stakeholder communication and timelines for implementations.
• Assist with spend migrations and end user adoption during deployment.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within SaaS or consulting.
• Exposure to project coordination or structured implementation work.
• Strong communication skills with customers and stakeholders.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Financial, Expense Management, or ERP software.
• Familiarity with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, or Corporate Card programs.
