💼 About This Role

You'll join the Learning & Development team to make training simple, effective, and engaging by working across the full chain (organization, tools, content, data). You'll coordinate training sessions, manage LMS platforms, and analyze learning data to drive continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate training sessions (invitations, reminders, sign-offs)
• Manage enrollments via LMS/LXP platforms
• Track KPIs (participation, completion, engagement)
• Consolidate data from various tools and update dashboards

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's in HR, Education Sciences, or equivalent
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfort with data manipulation
• Interest in pedagogy and e-learning

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience in HR or L&D
• Knowledge of instructional design (ADDIE, 70-20-10)
• Familiarity with Teach Up, PlayPlay, Canva
