Description

You will lead Orca Security's threat-research and vulnerability-discovery efforts, defining strategy and managing a team of world-class researchers. Your work will directly influence product direction and thought leadership in cloud security.

Requirements

• 7+ years in security research, threat intelligence, or vulnerability discovery
• Experience leading and managing research teams
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure threats (containers, serverless, IAM)
• Track record of published research and external partnerships
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve research strategy aligned with product roadmap
• Lead, coach, and mentor a multidisciplinary research team
• Partner with product and engineering to turn insights into product features
• Drive discovery of new vulnerabilities and attack techniques in cloud environments
• Publish research findings and lead vulnerability disclosure
