Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to troubleshoot AV and phone systems
  • Independent and collaborative work style

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and partners with professionalism
  • Coordinate mail/courier flows and manage meeting rooms/AV
  • Plan and execute team socials, catered lunches, and office projects
  • Maintain office aesthetics, kitchen stock, and supplies
  • Liaise with building management for facility operations
