You'll join a nonprofit organization as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, overseeing financial stewardship, operational effectiveness, and internal infrastructure. You'll drive long-term sustainability through financial management and operational excellence.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead all finance functions including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Oversee HR operations, payroll, and compliance with employment legislation
- Manage IT infrastructure, data security, and technology adoption
- Coordinate office administration, facilities, and procurement processes
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years progressive experience in finance and operations
- 5+ years in a leadership role within non-profit or public sector
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Experience with Board reporting and government grants
