You'll lead gamification system design for a high-growth fintech platform, creating progression mechanics that drive trader engagement. You'll own the strategy behind achievements, streaks, and rewards to boost retention and daily active usage. This role uniquely blends behavioral psychology and product design in a trading ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design gamification systems including achievements, streaks, and challenges
• Create engagement loops that increase retention and daily active usage
• Partner with Product, Growth, and Data teams to iterate on engagement initiatives
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for platform features

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in SaaS, fintech, or consumer tech
• Proven experience designing gamification systems or engagement mechanics
• Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped product work and high-quality UX/UI
• Expertise with Figma and modern product design workflows

• Experience in gaming, fantasy sports, trading, or crypto platforms
