You'll lead revenue growth for the AI Communications Firm, owning the pipeline from a top U.S. PR agency to a category-defining firm. Your core impact: close $10M+ in new ARR in Year 1 and build the outbound BD team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own new business pipeline across PR, GEO, AI visibility, and digital practices.
• Lead outbound BD team and inbound conversion.
• Develop pricing strategy for AI service line.
• Drive cross-sell across existing client book.
• Act as personal closer on deals over $500K.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years selling services at $1M+ deal sizes
• Proven experience building and running a BD organization
• Fluency in AI reshaping buyer research (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity)

• Track record of closing $500K+ deals personally
