Description

You will perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure all cars meet Clutch's high mechanical and safety standards. Working collaboratively with the reconditioning team, you'll diagnose issues, conduct Ontario Provincial Safety Inspections, and contribute to continuous improvement of procedures.

Requirements

  • 310s Red Seal or equivalent certification
  • Experience with a variety of car brands (domestic, import European)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Proficient with diagnostic tools and shop systems (e.g., Google Drive, Slack)

Responsibilities

  • Perform standardized vehicle inspections including stationary and road tests
  • Diagnose and assess vehicle issues and damage
  • Conduct Ontario Provincial Safety Inspections
  • Perform repairs and preventative maintenance (e.g., oil changes, suspension, brake jobs)
  • Create and maintain documentation of repairs, inspections, and estimates
