Description

You will perform structural stress and fatigue analysis for mechanical assemblies and enclosures, lead FEA validation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure structural integrity and reliability of energy infrastructure products deployed at gigawatt scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
  • 10+ years of hands-on structural and mechanical engineering experience
  • Strong experience in stress analysis, fatigue analysis, and vibration assessment
  • Experience ensuring structural safety and compliance with engineering standards and codes
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and develop detailed reports and calculations

Responsibilities

  • Perform structural stress and fatigue analysis for mechanical assemblies and enclosures
  • Lead or review Finite Element Analysis (FEA) models to validate designs under static, dynamic, thermal, and seismic loading
  • Ensure mechanical and structural safety under operational, transportation, vibration, and environmental conditions
  • Evaluate failure modes and recommend design improvements for durability and lifecycle performance
  • Collaborate with BESS, Power Electronics, and Controls teams for integrated system performance
